Refund Policy

Clear expectations on refunds, prorations, and dispute handling.

Overview

SaaSyBase licenses provide immediate access to digital software, source code, and commercial usage rights. For this reason, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:

  • A duplicate payment was made in error

  • A technical issue on our side prevents access to the product and cannot be resolved

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error

All refund requests are reviewed manually and must be verifiable.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Lack of use or failure to implement the product

  • Misunderstanding of features or licensing terms

  • Compatibility issues unrelated to SaaSyBase

  • Requests made after purchase where access has been delivered successfully

  • Attempts to use the refund system in place of purchasing a commercial license

License Revocation

If a refund is approved, all associated commercial usage rights are immediately revoked. You must stop using SaaSyBase in any commercial or client-related capacity.

Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or intended to circumvent licensing requirements.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
